Yup, good old Mr. Hanky. It seems simple but one of the best ways to stop excessive face sweating is to just make use of a cloth to wipe your face when you start sweating. One thing you can try is to put a bit of vinegar on it and wipe your forehead with that. Vinegar will work to close off your pores and prevent excess sweat from breaking through.

Your lifestyle changes would warrant that you change what you eat and also take to living a more active life, and you may require to switch to eating lean meats that do not have much fat or skin and even switch to chicken and fish in order to bring down your cholesterol level rather than eat red meat or meats that are fatty such as lamb or pork.

There are over 8 million people around the world who suffer from Hyperhidrosis, which is a fancy word for excessive sweating problem. So how can you go about treating this condition so you can go about living a more normal lifestyle? Well, there are plenty of ways, here are a few to get you started.

1. Stop Wearing Black!

Now I know black will prevent sweat from being as apparent, but at the same time if it’s hot outside, you are only attracting more heat as black absorbs sunlight. Stick to lighter colored shirts if you don’t want to have this problem.

2. Wear only 100% Natural Fibers

The kinds of clothes you wear can have a big impact on how much you sweat. Not only do you want to wear the right colors, but you should make sure you wear only 100% cotton or wool. If you wear any blends or unnatural fabrics like nylon or polyester, you’re only going to cause more sweating.

3 Unheard of Palm Sweating Tips, You Must Know These Before it is Too Late

By Renard Muldrake

Is your palm sweating making you feel self-conscious and insecure? I know the feeling, you get nervous in social situations and begin wondering if or when people will pick up on the fact that you have this sweating problem. It’s no way to live life and if you have this problem, there are ways to deal with it. I’m going to go over a few tips that should help you out and make things more manageable for you.

First thing you can do to help manage your palm sweating is get some pants that have some good pockets. What do I mean? I mean pockets made of cotton or another fabric that absorbs moisture well. If you can’t get pants like that, you can rip out your pockets and have some cloth ones sewed in. You can either do it yourself or go to a sewing store and have them do it. This way you have built in sweat absorbers whenever you need them, all you’ll have to do is put your hands in your pockets and no one else will have any idea what you’re doing!

Another thing to try is to always carry around a water bottle with you. This way if people notice your hands are wet, you have a built in excuse. “Oh, sorry if my hands are wet, I’ve been holding this water bottle for too long”. It’s a great excuse because everyone these days drinks from water bottles, no one will ever guess the real reason why you always carry one around.

Lastly, if you don’t want others to notice your palm sweating, if you ever get into a situation where you have to shake hands with your friends, just develop another way of doing it where they don’t have to grasp your palm.
