3 Proven Ways to Eliminate Your Excessive Sweating Problem
By Renard Muldrake
Have an excessive sweating problem you need to keep under control? You’re not the only one. There are over 8 million people around the world who suffer from Hyperhidrosis, which is a fancy word for excessive sweating problem. So how can you go about treating this condition so you can go about living a more normal lifestyle? Well, there are plenty of ways, here are a few to get you started.
1. Stop Wearing Black!
Now I know black will prevent sweat from being as apparent, but at the same time if it’s hot outside, you are only attracting more heat as black absorbs sunlight. Stick to lighter colored shirts if you don’t want to have this problem.
2. Wear only 100% Natural Fibers
The kinds of clothes you wear can have a big impact on how much you sweat. Not only do you want to wear the right colors, but you should make sure you wear only 100% cotton or wool. If you wear any blends or unnatural fabrics like nylon or polyester, you’re only going to cause more sweating.
3. Lose That Excess Weight
If you have an excessive sweating problem, one of the most effective ways of handling it is by losing weight. You see fat acts as an insulator as well as a barrier to your body being able to effectively maintain it’s temperature with it’s surrounding environment.
