1. Wheat Grass
Ever heard of this? It’s not something you’ll find in your local supermarket. But if you do some searching online you’ll be able to pick some up for yourself. This works great as a sweat treatment method. Just drink a glass of this a day and you should be seeing results within a weeks time.
2. Coffee
Although most people love drinking this throughout the work day, this is horrible for us sweaters. Coffee contains two stimulants, sugar and caffeine. Both of these make you more hyperactive and anxious, thus increasing sweating. Cut back on your coffee intake to reduce your sweating.
3. Charcoal
Yup, believe it or not eating charcoal is a sweat treatment method. It may not be the most appetizing thing, but eating this daily on an empty stomach can help reduce your sweating. If this happens to give you stomach upset you can take it with a meal, it is however most effective if you don’t.
4. Spicy Foods
Spicy foods may be tasty, but they can also stimulate your sympathetic nervous system. When your sympathetic nerves are stimulated this in turn causes more sweating because these nerves are responsible as it is to signal your sweat glands that it’s time to sweat.
