3 Unheard of Palm Sweating Tips, You Must Know These Before it is Too Late

By Renard Muldrake

Is your palm sweating making you feel self-conscious and insecure? I know the feeling, you get nervous in social situations and begin wondering if or when people will pick up on the fact that you have this sweating problem. It’s no way to live life and if you have this problem, there are ways to deal with it. I’m going to go over a few tips that should help you out and make things more manageable for you.

First thing you can do to help manage your palm sweating is get some pants that have some good pockets. What do I mean? I mean pockets made of cotton or another fabric that absorbs moisture well. If you can’t get pants like that, you can rip out your pockets and have some cloth ones sewed in. You can either do it yourself or go to a sewing store and have them do it. This way you have built in sweat absorbers whenever you need them, all you’ll have to do is put your hands in your pockets and no one else will have any idea what you’re doing!

Another thing to try is to always carry around a water bottle with you. This way if people notice your hands are wet, you have a built in excuse. “Oh, sorry if my hands are wet, I’ve been holding this water bottle for too long”. It’s a great excuse because everyone these days drinks from water bottles, no one will ever guess the real reason why you always carry one around.

Lastly, if you don’t want others to notice your palm sweating, if you ever get into a situation where you have to shake hands with your friends, just develop another way of doing it where they don’t have to grasp your palm.
